“Correcting dyslexia is not a matter of teaching a child how to learn. It is much more a question of removing what is preventing his/her natural ability to learn. When this is done properly a dyslexic child will learn quickly and thoroughly, and enjoy doing so.”

Dyslexia – An Amazing Puzzle
The key to dyslexia’s amazing puzzle is a condition called disorientation, which everyone experiences at some point. When you get disorientated, you may feel dizzy and lose a sense of where you are in relation to everything around you. You feel confused and unsure. You are not able to function normally. In fact, when you get disorientated, you may be confused about the environment around you, time and/or the identity of things.
When a dyslexic individual enters into unfamiliar territory, they can become confused. Their brain tries to resolve their confusion and bring things back to normal. When the brain cannot make sense of what caused the confusion, disorientation occurs. It is the disorientation that causes symptoms we see in dyslexic individuals. The Learning Unlocked program gives the student the tools to stop disorientation when it occurs.
Dyslexia is more than just a mechanical process in the brain. The true picture of dyslexia is one of someone trying to cope with living in a confusing world, making mistakes, not knowing why the mistakes are happening, and trying to survive. As a result, dyslexic individuals become frustrated, and they often shut down and give up. Even if they don’t shut down and give up, they still struggle.
The Learning Unlocked program helps the student learn how to get rid of this frustration by using tools that correct the cause of dyslexia and open up their natural learning abilities. Learning becomes fun and easy.
